The friendly and helpful staff keep everything clean and perfect. The breakfast buffet is extensive and delicious and the standard spa and pools are excellent. You'll find all the amenities you could want, including saunas, herbal baths, indoor and outdoor heated pools and massage streams. The area wellness and pools are among the best in Abano. It's no wonder guests rave about the fantastic wellness area, which offers a unique and unforgettable experience.

Some guests found the spa to be a rip off with no pool and just a small jacuzzi and steam room. The spa also operates with limited hours, closing at 6pm in the winter and on Tuesdays. Additionally, the cost of 40€ per person for just two hours of spa access was not worth it for some guests. Others, however, found the wellness area to be awesome and relaxing. The quality of massages received at the spa varied and some guests found the facility too small for the price paid. Overall, the gym and wellness area were a bit disappointing for some, but still offered a somewhat relaxing experience.
