Ardencote hotel guests had mixed feelings about the pools available. Some rated the outdoor jacuzzi and heated pool as 'wonderful' with 'beautiful scenery,' while others found them to be 'too cold' to enjoy. Despite some guests experiencing difficulty accessing the outside pool, those who did noted that the grounds and outside pool looked great. The indoor pool and jacuzzi were also praised by some as 'beautiful,' while others found the indoor pool water temperature to be too cold. Unfortunately, some guests reported dirty conditions in the leisure centre with a layer of dirt floating on top of the jacuzzi. The Regency Hotel boasts a lovely and warm swimming pool, perfect for an early morning swim or a refreshing dip after a long day. Some guests noted that the pool area could use a bit of attention with a couple of areas in need of refurbishing. The Jacuzzi is also on the smaller side, but still enjoyable after a busy day. Families with children can take advantage of the children's pool and the sauna has been described as very refreshing. While some guests noticed polystyrene balls floating in the pool, the water itself has been noted as clean and clear. However, some reviewers did experience a cold pool or a freezing pool with non-functional Jacuzzi. Despite the need for some upgrades, guests still appreciated the decent pool facilities and the welcoming and friendly staff.
