Some guests found the prices of the massages rather expensive, but still enjoyable. The spa facilities could be improved, as some guests noted that it was only a pool and a Turkish bath. However, guests also appreciated the heated pools and quiet atmosphere. Unfortunately, a few guests had issues with broken equipment, such as the hammam and faulty spa instances.
