While some guests raved about the excellent jacuzzi, others had less than perfect experiences with several mentioning that the jets in the tub weren't working or that they didn't get the jacuzzi suite they paid for. Some guests reported being moved to another room, while others canceled and left altogether. On top of the jacuzzi issues, some guests also reported problems with the air conditioning and one guest even had to wait for the desk attendant to clean the room because she was alone.
