The Eco Village Finca De Arrieta is situated in an ideal location for exploring the north east of Lanzarote with easy access to all parts of the island by car. Guests can enjoy the quiet end of the island with the beach just a few hundred meters away and surf beaches close by. While some mention that the main road can be noisy at night due to traffic, others appreciate the great location with views of the mountains and proximity to nature. Although the walk to the beach and restaurant can be challenging due to the lack of pedestrian bridges over the main road, guests can arrange tours and transfers at the hotel. Overall, the lodge is well-placed for visits to Tabayesco and other nearby villages and offers a peaceful retreat in harmony with nature.

The eco-cabins are well-decorated and Tres propre (very clean), while the tents are spacious and pulita (clean). The resort provides all necessary kitchen utensils, toiletries and beach towels. Some guests noted that there was no cleaning service during their stay, but overall, the maintenance was satisfactory. One guest mentioned an infiltration of water in the yurts and that it was a bit cold, but these seemed to be isolated incidents. It is worth noting that there is an extra fee for the cleaning service. In general, the resort's cleanliness was highly praised with one exception being dirty beach chairs.
