You can easily hit the slopes and enjoy great skiing or snowboarding. The hotel is conveniently located near hiking and biking trails which start right from the parking lot. The snowmobile safari is a must-try, well executed and a lot of fun. The ski trails are well-maintained and there were no crowds in the slopes during our stay in early February. Some guests did complain about the lifts being frequently out of order. Even so, it was easy to access the slopes for hassle-free skiing and hiking trips. If you want to go kicksledding with your family, it's possible to rent these from the hotel. However, some guests found their rooms a bit minimalistic with a small table and only one chair. Overall, this hotel is perfect for those looking for an active winter break with plenty of winter activities right at your doorstep.
