However, some guests feel that the limited menu at the open restaurant due to Covid-19 was not very exciting. While staff were accommodating, some guests reported that the service could have been better to meet five-star standards. Unfortunately, some guests found the rooms to be shabby and not up to five-star standards with issues related to the bed, pillows and overall service. Despite the negative feedback, Pennyhill Park Hotel and Spa remains a stunning hotel that some guests would highly recommend to others.
