The Villas can be semi-detached, multi-family or terraced flats. All of them are furnished in a rustic style and are located in well-kept natural environment. In each villa you will find a beach umbrella that you can bring with you to the seaside. The village features several villas, some with shared swimming pool, some with private swimming pool and others without swimming pool.

In addition, all villas feature a variety of comforts: TV, washing machine, iron and ironing board, toaster and non smoking rooms to please the most discerning guest.

Several facilities, run by external providers, are available in the complex: a bar, a restaurant, a market, a pharmacy, a doctor, an ice-cream parlour, an ATM, a laundromat, and some shops (whose opening season is usually from June to September).
