The location was described as terrific, excellent and great by the guests. Even though the hotel is not right in town, it provides guests with easy lake access. Our favourite feature was the courtyard, complete with a kitchenette that had silverware, glasses and plates – so convenient when travelling with a dog. The sliding glass door in our pet-friendly room made it easy to take our pooch for a walk. We loved the fact that we could request for fresh dog towels anytime during our stay. Needless to say, we can't wait to go back and stay at The Deerfield Lodge at Heavenly again – and that's mainly because of how accommodating they are to dogs!
