The staff at the spa, especially Dario, Lorena and Elisa, provided excellent service that was appreciated by guests. The only minor negatives guests noted were that the layout of the spa may need to be reviewed and that the temperature of the water in the spa/Jacuzzi could be warmer. Despite these minor critiques, guests still highly recommend the massage services and overall wellness experience.
