While the restaurant has set hours for all-inclusive guests, the staff is flexible and accommodating, especially for families with young children who may need to eat or sleep at different times. The indoor pool is a great feature with its warm water and the availability of baby soup during mealtimes is convenient for families traveling with young children. The hotel offers excellent family apartments and everyone feels at home at this hotel that caters to families. However, the hotel reception was not accommodating when a family asked to keep one room until 3 pm for a late departure, although this did not detract from the excellent overall experience families had during their stay. They had a great time and can't wait to come back!
