The spa staff was praised for their attentiveness and friendliness, especially Tamara and IA Lyli. The relaxation room was a great place to unwind after a session and many guests appreciated the quality of the products used. There were a few minor complaints, such as the occasional shortage of towels or the sauna not being warm enough, but overall the spa was highly recommended.
