Guests found the hot tubs and jacuzzis to be an excellent bonus, often describing them as awesome and great. However, there are some areas for improvement. Several reviews point out that one of the spas was not in operation or needed repairs, which limited availability. Additionally, the hot tubs' limited operational hours and temperature control occasionally led to disappointment.
Despite these drawbacks, the general consensus is positive with the spa often described as lovely and a great addition to the hotel's amenities. Its inclusion in the accommodation price adds value and the tranquil environment of the outdoor spas is frequently highlighted.
