However, some guests expressed their disappointment when the pool was closed for maintenance, which prevented them from experiencing the wellness spa facilities they booked their stay for. Despite some occasional issues with the pool, the majority of guests spoke highly of the pool and the spa, in particular, complementing the friendly staff and well-kept facilities. Guests could also enjoy playing tennis on the hotel's tennis court or relaxing outside near the pool house. The only downside observed by some guests reported the dirty towels that were scattered all over the pool area.
