The spa features excellent, luxurious facilities that include a swimming pool and gym and the spa area is not overcrowded thanks to a good booking system. Some guests even received wonderful treatments that left them feeling splendid. Furthermore, the spa provides a nice little area to relax and enjoy a drink after a long day of touring. However, a few guests felt that the spa was a bit disappointing and lacked proper seating when busy. Overall, the spa is a great bonus and visitors can enjoy an hour of free spa time after visiting the beautiful city of York.
