Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
Apartamentos Teneguia is well-regarded for its prime location in Puerto de la Cruz, offering guests easy access to major attractions such as Playa Jardín, the city center, and Loro Parque. The complex provides a balance of tranquility and centrality, with many guests enjoying breathtaking sea views and stunning sunsets from their balconies. The proximity to shops, restaurants, the beach, and the bus station adds to the convenience, making it a favored choice among visitors who appreciate good value for money and consistently satisfactory service.
Guests frequently commend the breakfast at Apartamentos Teneguia, noting its variety and good quality. The buffet, served in a pleasant atmosphere, is enhanced by the friendliness of staff members such as Eva, Maribel, and Luis. While some guests consider the breakfast options basic, the overall perception is positive, with many enjoying the selection as a good value addition to their stay.
While cleanliness reviews are mixed, with some guests finding the accommodations to be very clean and well-maintained, others have pointed out areas that could benefit from improved cleaning and maintenance. Despite some concerns, the staff's friendliness and attentiveness often enhance the guest experience, and the location and views remain standout aspects.
Staff service is highlighted as a key strength, with guests consistently praising the friendly, professional, and accommodating nature of employees across different areas of the hotel. Receptionists receive special mention for their effort to ensure a smooth stay, further enhancing the overall guest experience.
The hotel has made improvements in its internet service, with generally positive feedback on the WiFi quality, now suitable for remote work in many of the rooms. However, there are still reported inconsistencies, particularly in coverage throughout the property, indicating room for further enhancement.
While the pool area is known for its cleanliness and comfort, guests have faced inconvenience due to its ongoing closure. The hotel responds by offering access to nearby alternatives, maintaining guest satisfaction to some extent. Finally, reviews of the bedding are varied, with comfort levels differing significantly among guests, suggesting that upgrades in bedding could benefit future stays.
Overall, Apartamentos Teneguia presents a welcoming option for travelers, backed by excellent staff service and a prime location, though improvements in certain amenities could elevate guest experiences further.
