The spa offers exceptional service and the staff go above and beyond to make your experience memorable. Unfortunately, due to COVID-19, the spa had sporadic closures and limited availability for massages, but this is understandable given the situation. While some guests were disappointed about the availability, they still noted the beautiful spa-like bathrooms and how the spa experience was the highlight of their stay. Overall, the hotel itself has a great location, kind and helpful staff and even though the amenities such as the exercise room were closed, the spa was a first-class experience that many wish was open and available during their stay. Despite some hiccups with the check-out process and overpriced services, guests raved that everything was perfect and they only wished they could return for another spa day!
