Additionally, the staff is exceptional with Syed, the owner running the place with his heart and soul, Sai Raj, the young property manager and hospitality management student, extremely helpful and friendly. The service is top-class and the staff is enthusiastic about helping guests. Despite some guests finding accessing the beach via homes awkward, Patnem Beach Cottages are highly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Patnem Beach Cottages is a beautiful and spacious property located just a few minutes away from the beach, making it an excellent choice for guests who want to enjoy the perfect beach getaway. The location of the property is perfect; it's just far enough from the beach to have that zen and peaceful vibe, but close enough for guests to easily access the beach and Patnem market. The cottages are conveniently located near couple of restaurants where guests can enjoy delicious veg and non-veg cuisine. Guests also appreciated the calm and peaceful vibe of the property. Additionally, the staff was very helpful and the property was easily accessible from the main road. However, guests mentioned that accessing the beach through homes was awkward, but overall, the location of Patnem Beach Cottages was highly praised by guests.

The cottages are simply furnished but provide all the necessary amenities such as a new air conditioning system, fridge and exceptionally clean bathrooms. The property is located just 250 meters away from the beach and easily accessible from the main road. Guests can enjoy a nice balcony in their room and a comfy bed to relax in. Although one guest raised concerns about the bed linen, overall, the rooms are extremely clean and tidy. The rooms are decorated pretty and have spacious bathrooms.

Sairaj is extremely helpful and friendly, while Mr. Sayyad is cooperative and the staff, in general, is courteous and pleasant. The service is top-class and the staff is eager to help you with anything you might need, be it bike rentals or tips on what to do around the area. The location is ideal with a convenience store nearby and popular cafes just a stone's throw away. The hospitality and helpfulness of the staff are exceptionally wonderful and will make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The bed is comfy and the staff is responsive and friendly.
