While it is off the main road, this ensures there is no noise pollution or disturbances from randomers near the hotel and it is a great place to switch off and relax. Renting a quad, scooter or car is recommended to make transportation around the island easier and the hotel does offer advice on bus schedules. Some guests felt the location was a little far out, but the majority found the location to be fantastic and well-situated for exploring Santorini.
