Though some guests mentioned that their experience was not perfect due to poor service as the staff seemed to be kids on a summer job rather than up to the standard of a 5-star hotel. According to some reviews, the hotel was built to delight the architect rather than the guests. Nonetheless, the hotel's overall experience was very good with everything being exceptional. While some guests recommend a lot of work needs to be done in operations to attain a proper 5-star hospitality experience.
