Unfortunately, some negative reviews mentioned the charge for everything and the lack of free breakfast. However, the hotel is generally well-regarded with an impressive 9.9 rating. It's a great place for a romantic honeymoon, but some guests wished they had stayed elsewhere during business trips. Lastly, a few guests had issues with the shower head, but overall, the hotel is exceptional and one of the best places to stay in Orlando.
