Some unfortunate technical problems occurred during some stays and refunds or explanations weren't offered, but overall visitors appreciated the free access to these facilities, which included a gym and yoga classes. Despite some issues with cleanliness, most were impressed with the lovingly restored 200-year-old building, friendly staff and the cost-effective amenities. While some spaces were small and limited, the spa area itself was described as very nice with hours of operation accommodating most guests. Some sauna-goers had to ask for the sauna to be turned on or for showers to be fixed, but everyone ultimately had a relaxing experience.
