Landhotel Lärchenhügel has a fantastic, quiet location at the edge of Oberammergau, which is only a 20-minute walk from the town center, but offers a lovely, gentle uphill walk. The hotel's excellent location is perfect for walking with many nearby places quickly accessible, such as Plansee, Garmisch, Neuschwanstein and Zugspitze. The hotel is also an ideal base for excursions with plenty of great leisure activities to enjoy. Although it is a bit out of town, it is still centrally located and convenient for tours. The location is ideal for access to the Oberammergau Passion Play and local school. Some guests noted that the hotel is located a bit far from the center of town while others enjoyed being slightly outside of the village for its peace and quiet. Overall, Landhotel Lärchenhügel is situated in an excellent location, allowing guests to enjoy the surroundings while staying in a tranquil setting.
