The pool is conveniently located on the first floor, but some guests noted that the ocean view was blocked by smeared glass. Unfortunately, there were multiple reports of the pool and hot tub being closed or out of order, which was a clear disappointment for guests. Despite this, some guests found the indoor pool to be great and relaxing. For those unable to use the pool, the hotel did offer access to sister accommodation pools. While some guests did not utilize the pool or gym, they did appear to be in good condition. A few guests noted that the hot tub needed cleaning, while others enjoyed having it to themselves. Overall, while the pool was a highlight for some, others were disappointed due to closures or unavailability.
