Not only are pets allowed for staycation, but the hotel staff goes out of their way to respect your furry friends. They encourage you to bring your pet out to eat and to watch and chat with other pet owners. The location, pet-friendliness and staff reception are all top-notch. While some guests had issues with dog smells in their rooms or encountered mosquitos while walking their dogs, overall, the hotel exceeded expectations. Even better, there was an option to allow dogs in the rooms, although with a one-time exception of two dogs. Here's hoping that the hotel lifts this restriction so that we can all return for another staycation with our beloved pets. Keep in mind that pets are narrowed down to dogs only.
