Although some of the guests were disappointed that other five-star hotels would generally offer a guest a coffee, Anax Resort and Spa more than makes up for it with their exceptional services. One guest sums it up by stating that they don't understand why it's not rated a six-star hotel as the stay was amazing and everything was at a superlative level.
