Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
Radisson Blu Towers Kaushambi Delhi NCR has received a mix of reviews across various aspects of its services and facilities, but overall, it manages to present a positive experience for many guests.
The hotel’s location is favorable for business travelers due to its proximity to transportation hubs like the Kaushambi metro and the highway, making it convenient for business meetings and city exploration. However, the surrounding area's uncleanliness and industrial pollution have been significant drawbacks. Despite this, the hotel's features, such as the Sky Lounge and general cleanliness, attract positive attention.
Breakfast at the hotel is frequently praised for its variety and high quality with commendations for the buffet spread and great service from chefs like Suraj and Himanshu. Some guests found it pricey and repetitive, but the Nutella pancakes and 10th-floor setting make it a highlight for many.
Dinner offerings also receive high marks for taste and ambiance, especially at the rooftop restaurant with live music. Nonetheless, service inconsistencies and high prices, particularly for in-room dining, are common concerns.
Guest rooms vary in experience with many visitors appreciating their cleanliness, modern appearance and comfort. Issues like smaller-than-expected rooms, poor maintenance and noise pollution are noted, yet many still find the rooms to be good value and sufficiently comfortable.
Cleanliness throughout the hotel is generally good with friendly housekeeping staff maintaining high standards in most areas. However, several guests encountered issues such as stained carpets and unpleasant odors, indicating a need for consistent attention to detail.
Staff performance is mostly commendable with many guests highlighting the polite and helpful nature of individuals at the front desk, restaurant and housekeeping. Nevertheless, instances of unprofessionalism and inattentiveness were reported, suggesting room for improvement in training and management oversight.
The WiFi service is largely adequate with occasional connectivity or speed issues. Guests appreciate its overall good coverage and functionality.
The hotel gym is well-maintained and adequately equipped but could benefit from extended hours of operation and better COVID-19 management protocols.
The rooftop pool area faces recurring problems with cleanliness and accessibility, often cited as dirty or non-functional, affecting guests' ability to enjoy this facility fully.
Parking offers ample space, although it lacks valet service and specific amenities for drivers, leaving room for improvement in overall experience.
Families find the hotel accommodating with excellent family rooms and a secure, family-friendly environment. Post-COVID safety measures are well-received, further enhancing its appeal for family stays.
Opinions on the beds in the hotel vary with many guests finding them comfortable. However, issues such as beds being composed of two single mattresses pushed together, old mattresses and bedbug problems were noted.
While Radisson Blu Towers Kaushambi is positioned as a five-star hotel and displays some five-star qualities like comfortable suites and excellent hospitality, there are inconsistencies in service and maintenance that prevent it from fully meeting the high standards associated with its rating. Overall, while it offers a pleasant experience, especially in cleanliness and culinary services, improvements in several areas could significantly enhance the guest experience.

Park Plaza Shahdara is a well-regarded hotel offering a blend of tranquility and convenience for its guests. Located about 15 miles from the airport, its location garners mixed opinions, with some guests appreciating its peaceful distance from central Delhi's chaos while others find it slightly isolated, reliant on auto-rickshaws or the metro for transportation. The nearby Unity Mall and a couple of smaller malls provide convenient shopping options, and the hotel is well-situated for those attending events in the Bollywood wedding district.
Guests frequently praise the breakfast at Park Plaza Shahdara for its quality and variety, despite some calls for improvement in selection freshness and spice levels. The breakfast buffet, along with an accommodating staff that sometimes offers early service, earns positive comments. While pricing concerns arise, the dining experience, which includes an equally well-received dinner buffet, generally strikes a satisfactory balance between cost and quality.
The rooms are characterized as spacious, clean, and stylishly decorated, boasting modern bathrooms and comfortable beds. Guests enjoy excellent views and appreciate thoughtful amenities like late-night dining. Some room maintenance issues, such as door and lighting fixtures, are noted, but these do not significantly detract from the overall comfort and affordability the hotel offers.
Cleanliness is rated highly, with most guests noting a well-maintained environment, though minor issues like dirty carpets and mosquitoes are occasionally reported. The staff's friendly and welcoming nature significantly enhances the guest experience, with numerous mentions of their cooperation and helpfulness. Key staff members like Hotel Manager Pankaj and Restaurant Assistant Manager Yogesh receive particular praise for going above and beyond to assist guests.
Overall, Park Plaza Shahdara is highly recommended for those seeking a peaceful and comfortable stay in Delhi, with a dedicated staff and convenient amenities contributing to its positive appeal.
