Guests have thoroughly enjoyed playing on the lovely golf course and admiring the stunning setting with excellent views overlooking the course. The hotel's terrace out to the golf course is a great spot to soak up the scenery and the golfing section is well-supported. Despite some early morning noise from avid golfers, guests have generally found the facilities to be good and the view over the golf course really sets this luxury hotel apart. Guests are already planning their return in the summer and highly recommend the hotel for a perfect golf break. Even if you're not a golfer, Formby Hall Golf Resort & Spa is still a good place to stay with convenient access to the bedrooms and lovely views over the golf course. However, note that the golf area is not open to all guests and there have been some complaints about increased prices during special events like the PGA Seniors.
