Although the hotel does not feature a restaurant or bar, guests have no problems staying here for the last five years. The property is great and staff is excellent, providing a comfortable stay for guests. While some may find it a bit pricey for the value, they acknowledge that the price is not 5 star either. It's a good place to stay - as long as there are no special events occurring locally. Others find the hotel to be okay and provide fair value for the cost. Unfortunately, some guests have had an unpleasant experience and will not stay here again. However, if there is a reason to go back to that part of Phoenix, some guests would consider returning in the future.
