The hotel's location is convenient to both the airport and local attractions with a door connecting the property to the mall. The rooms are comfortable and quiet with nice beds and pillows, although some could use a little upgrading. The hotel is generally very clean and well-presented with refreshing body liquid soap on hand. The staff is amazing, described as professional, pleasant, accommodating and really friendly. The service at the on-site restaurant was also praised. While there were some negative experiences, overall, the hotel's front desk staff, restaurant staff and housekeeping were described as the most friendly and kind individuals. Despite some negatives, the staff acted quickly to address issues and ensure a clean, quiet and safe location for guests to stay.
