The pool and Jacuzzi are open all day, allowing guests to unwind and soak in the amazing ambiance of the indoor pool. Guests have commended the hotel for its friendly staff, clean room and nice pool. Despite some guests feeling that the bed was a bit hard and the breakfast not up to Marriott's usual standards due to Covid-19 restrictions, they appreciated the hotel's effort to provide the best services possible. However, some guests experienced issues such as dirty pool water, no hot water in the morning and disturbing noise from the nearby freeway. Regardless, the in-door pool remained a highlight of guests' stays at the SpringHill Suites By Marriott.
