Location

Located right at the heart of Larnaca, Ithaki Phinikoudes Apartment No. 102 boasts of nothing but the best location in town! Its prime position right at the Finikoudes Beach gives guests breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea. Guests were satisfied with the perfect location of the hotel as there was plenty to do and see in the area. There were a lot of great cafes and restaurants to choose from around the hotel and guests were also given some useful tips on where to go and what to do. Aside from the great location and gorgeous views, the hotel was also close to everything, including shops and other attractions. Taxi and bus stops were just outside the hotel as well, providing plenty of options for guests to explore the rest of the beautiful city. All in all, staying at Ithaki Phinikoudes Apartment No. 102 was an unforgettable experience thanks in large part to its fantastic location right on the beachfront!

Rooms

The Ithaki Phinikoudes Apartment No. 102 offers spacious and comfortable accommodation for a pleasant stay. The apartments are very clean and big enough with plenty of closet space and are fully equipped with everything you need. The furniture in the bedrooms is good, although starting to get old. The floors have some damage but are covered with fake-wood looking plastic. Some of the bedsheets have tears and stains from repeated washes, but they are clean. The air conditioning in the two bedrooms is linked, which caused some issues for some guests. There is a nice balcony overlooking the sea with great views and good insulation from outside noise. One bedroom not facing the sea has no proper window and no natural light, only a small 2x2m shaft to let air in. However, the other bedroom has two balconies facing the sea and is a really nice view.
