Galini Palace gets top marks for its amazing staff, who are courteous, friendly, polite, kind, attentive, competent, helpful, professional and welcoming. The reception and restaurant staff stand out for their exceptional service and guests appreciate the amiable receptionists and helpful ladies. The hotel has great management and the employees are always smiling and kind. Although there were some issues with language barriers and inexperienced staff members, overall, guests had positive experiences with the staff. Tony in the bar is particularly friendly and guests appreciate Artemis and the reservation/reception manager. The staff is described as clean and pleasant and the restaurant staff is friendly, although sometimes inexperienced. While some guests had negative experiences with unhelpful staff members, most found the employees to be friendly and attentive. Despite the hotel's less-than-stellar location, guests would still recommend Galini Palace for its fantastic staff.
