The Crowne Plaza Solihull by IHG, boasts a good indoor pool that's open for long hours, making it a great option for a refreshing dip. Some guests found the pool disappointing and thought it needs an upgrade, but others loved the excellent swimming facilities, including the spa and sauna. Families with kids booked this hotel as a treat because of its access to the swimming pool, though some found the leisure club pool small and over-busy with children. Unfortunately, some guests were unable to use the pool due to restrictions on swimming time for non-members and a few were disappointed when the swimming pool was closed during their stay. The pool area for children could have been bigger, but overall the pool was nice, despite being a bit dated according to some guests. While perfect for a pitstop, this hotel may not be ideal for a long stay if you're looking for modern pool facilities.
