Guests can easily walk to downtown Key West, restaurants and sights with some even commenting that Duvall Street, the heart of Key West, is only a 5-minute walk away. The location is also convenient for those looking to rent bikes, as there is a bike rental shop right around the corner with a discount for hotel guests. The staff is very accommodating and can help with making dinner reservations and answering questions about the local area. The inn itself is nestled in a beautiful area that doesn't feel like your typical hotel, but rather a quaint and peaceful retreat. Some guests found the location a bit far, but most felt it was close enough to everything. Overall, the Westwinds Inn is ideally situated for anyone looking for a perfect sunset vacation or a place to rest after a day of exploring Key West.

Some guests did complain about uncomfortable beds or noisy ACs, but our overall impression is that Westwinds Inn is a cozy and charming hotel that offers clean, comfortable and nicely decorated rooms in a great location.
