Location

The Pier House Resort & Spa is situated in a fantastic location on Duval Street, the heart of Key West with ample attractions and shopping areas in close proximity. Guests loved the hotel's perfect location for exploring the town on foot and its private beach is a definite highlight. The property is beautifully landscaped and well-kept with clean and comfy rooms. The staff are helpful and friendly and the pool and restaurant areas are great for relaxing. The location at the end of Duval Street is excellent for a peaceful and serene stay. The central location of the hotel has guests raving about its convenience and makes it the best location in Key West with no better way to experience Key West's attractions and activities.

The wait staff is excellent and you can even receive text messages from staff throughout your stay to check on you. One guest had special praise for Kyrill at the front desk, who provided excellent customer service. While there were a few instances of rude behavior from some staff members, the overwhelming majority of guests praised the staff's professionalism and friendliness. Additionally, the front desk staff will go out of their way to make sure you have the best possible room and the beach and pool attendants are outstanding. From the little servers bringing you drinks and food to the beach bar staff and breakfast waiters, everyone on the property seems to be dedicated to making your stay enjoyable. The management, however, should address the few incidents with unfriendly staff members at the resort. Overall, the staff is what makes this hotel a great stay and it is highly recommended.

Pool
