The location, staff and facilities all contribute to its overall value. Plus, the front desk provides COOKIES and coffee/tea 24/7 - a nice touch after a long day of work. Although there is no room service, there is ample seating and vending machines on each floor for drinks and snacks. If you need to print off a few pages for a meeting, the staff is more than happy to help. In addition to the laundry facility, there's also a nice restaurant next door with excellent food and drinks. While some guests noted issues with housekeeping and staffing levels due to COVID, the majority of reviews praised the hotel as a great place to stay and would return in the future.
