The center of Kefalari is just a short walk away from the hotel and it's an ideal location for sightseeing and exploring nearby areas like Trikala, Goura, Lake Doxa and Nemea. The traditional building has been restored beautifully with lovely attention to detail, including the towels and bedding. Elena, the host, is extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the area, even recommending a lovely nearby hiking trail. The village is picturesque with nice paths to explore and the food at the tavern "o Maggas" is delicious. The hotel is located on a beautiful square in the village center, making it a fantastic location. It's the perfect place to rest and enjoy nature in a quiet and relaxing atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of city life.
