Guests loved the beautiful pools and nice sea views, as well as the pool bar and BBQ food. The hotel also offers a cute beach with available sun chairs. However, some reviewers pointed out that there was a need for better maintenance, as there were issues with green mold on the pool walls and floors and even ants in some rooms. Nevertheless, the large and beautiful outdoor pool was a favorite among visitors, but some parts require attention due to depth. While some guests found the pools to be very cold and disappointing in design, others loved the saltwater pools and the Olympic-sized pool perfect for swimming. There are plenty of sun loungers and shaded areas around the pools and the beach, which has free sunbeds available for guests. Several bars located in the hotel serve quality drinks to enjoy while lounging poolside or on the beach. However, some guests were unhappy with the low quality of drinks and snacks and the wastage caused by others not cleaning up after themselves. The hotel could benefit from adding a towel store, toilet area and changing area near the pool with some shade. Entertainment is provided every night around the resort and some bungalow guests enjoy the pool and bar reserved for them.
