Guests found the pool area to be easy to use and appreciated the convenient pool bars. The heated pool was a stunning feature and the facilities overall were very clean and well-kept at all times. However, some guests found the pools to be disappointing with overcrowding, not enough loungers and some pools being extremely cold. Some also reported that the private heated pool in their suite was cold as ice. Despite this, the location of the hotel was great for reaching the beaches and some guests found the balcony with pool/sea view to be a plus. There were also options for a private heated pool at an extra cost. Families appreciated the children pool, but some thought that there weren't enough pools for the number of guests during peak season. The hotel's private beach was clean and quiet, although it was noted that the beach next to the hotel is not the best on the island. Some guests found the pool area to be reminiscent of Club Med with aquagym and lots of people on all-inclusive. The hotel also had a games room with consoles and board games for children. However, some guests faced issues with overcrowding and a lack of privacy in certain areas of the hotel and some found that all facilities, except for the outside pool, were subject to an extra charge. It was also noted that reserving spots by the pool or beach was a common issue.
