The location is excellent with a parking garage attached via a skywalk. While the rooms may be small for the price, they are clean and have very comfy beds. The hotel offers many opportunities for relaxation and entertainment. The staff is very accommodating, especially during the pandemic when they provided free upgrades to guests. However, parking can be a struggle with an additional $20 charge, which some guests found disappointing. Despite this, the hotel and convention center were very nice overall with a serene atmosphere that made for a pleasant stay.
