The villa is also well situated with easy access to the city of Kalamata whether travelling by car or bus. The beach is just a short 5-minute walk away, where many good restaurants and bars can be found. The location is quiet and peaceful, making it a great place to relax and enjoy the beautiful views. However, it should be noted that the last few meters before the villa are on a steep incline which can make parking challenging. Nevertheless, the villa's exceptional location and fantastic views compensate for this.
