The concierge, Ajit Anurag, was singled out for his reliable and fast solutions. The hotel's view of Bangalore city from the 17th floor was breathtaking with high-speed wifi connectivity. Although there were a few complaints about staff responsiveness and restaurant service quality, the hotel still maintained its exceptional and superb rating. The Shangri-La Bengaluru is a five-star escape with amazing facilities, services and an awesome experience.

Despite a few negative reviews, Taj West End is easily one of the best 5-star properties in Bangalore with exceptional service, talented chefs and idyllic surroundings.
