The vast area is very well looked after and there are lots of activities for all ages, including an amazing aqua park which is perfect for couples and kids. The staff are amazing, helpful, cheerful and made our stay fabulous. There are some very shallow areas which are perfect for kids but unfortunately, there is no beach available as it's only rocks, water is like 30 cm depth then corals. Nevertheless, the aqua park is open from 10 am till 6 pm and it's a lot of fun for the whole family. Although the Kids Club was mentioned as not being the best, many guests still enjoyed their stay as a family. Some guests even mentioned that there is a neighboring hotel with a great water park and amusement park that families can enjoy. If you're looking for a fantastic family vacation with plenty of activities for all, we highly recommend Serenity Makadi Beach.

Guests highly recommend the resort and it's no surprise considering the positive feedback on the amazing, outstanding and exceptional vacation experiences. The staff is wonderful and welcoming with special mention to Alaa for his utmost professionalism. The spotless and spacious rooms contribute to the comfort of the guests. The resort has amenities like fun slides, a spa, a beautiful beach and a lovely Lunar park for the kids. COVID-19 measures have been strictly implemented, making guests feel secure during their stay. Although the food was generally good, some guests felt that the dinner could have more variety for a five-star hotel. Although there are some challenges, the hotel and services are still considered truly five stars. With a magnificent beach and snorkeling, plus magnificent massages from skilled Hamida and Hassen, the resort offers an oasis of tranquillity making it a number one choice for families traveling with children.

The hotel is located right by a live reef and the territory is right by the pier. Access to the sea is also available through a pontoon that leads to a coral barrier. However, if your preference is swimming in the sea, this may be a downside - there isn't exactly a beach available for swimming. But overall, Serenity Makadi Beach is a great hotel with a beautiful location.
