Guests enjoyed the great location that provided easy access to surrounding businesses and superb restaurants nearby. The elevators were secure and the location had everything you needed within walking distance. While traffic around the Galleria was noted as being heavy, guests still appreciated the convenience of the location as they never had to leave the mall which offered amazing shopping and restaurants. The personal was of high quality and the rooms were newly renovated. Though the hotel is situated within the mall, guests were still able to enjoy a peaceful and clean stay. With its central location, guests were able to enjoy a variety of services and nearby attractions. All in all, The Westin Oaks Houston at the Galleria offers an unbeatable location, convenience and luxury that guests cannot find elsewhere.
