Church Farm Lodge is a beautiful barn conversion property situated in a quiet and picturesque area in the peaceful Northamptonshire countryside. It is an ideal location for those who want to escape the hustle and bustle of city life and enjoy a peaceful and remote stay. The property is nicely located next to an excellent pub, which is just a few minutes walk away. Guests have easy access to amenities and a variety of takeways/pubs/restaurants in a nearby town. The location is perfect for walking with public footpath routes on the doorstep and great walks in the area. The property is ideally located across the road from the Tollemache Inn, which serves very good food. The location is convenient for a commute to Kettering and is an ideal base from which to explore the local countryside. The rooms are decent size and the setting is lovely and quiet. The location is gorgeous with beautiful views around and surrounded by stunning countryside. In summary, Church Farm Lodge is a wonderful location that offers a peaceful and without traffic environment and the bonus of having a great pub within a 5-minute walk. It is a cracking location that guests can visit to enjoy the lovely rural setting.

The breakfast at Church Farm Lodge is outstanding with a good array of choices and locally sourced ingredients. You can enjoy a lovely breakfast buffet with freshly cooked eggs to your liking. There is a great variety of food, both continental and cooked with options for everyone's taste. The cooked breakfast is amazing with meaty sausages, bacon, hash browns, beans and tomatoes. Additionally, there is a thick and creamy yogurt, fresh fruit, fruit juice, choice of cereals, toast and jam, teas and fresh coffee - all of excellent quality. Moreover, the breakfast facilities are lovely while the team is welcoming and service is great. The breakfast is superb, delicious and beautifully cooked with plenty of choice. You can have a veggie breakfast option as well. The food is excellent value for money and some guests even call it outstanding. The freshly cooked breakfast sets you up for the day and is fantastic, while the cooked elements of breakfast look a little tired. However, there is always a reasonable selection of cereals, fruit and cooked items on offer. Guests who prefer a buffet breakfast may find this a beautiful one. Overall, Church Farm Lodge offers a first-class breakfast that meets all the required needs with great options and locally sourced food.

The mattresses and pillows were of lovely quality and guests found the space and comfort of the beds to be just right. Church Farm Lodge offers some of the most comfortable hotel beds around with only a few minor exceptions reported.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and helpful assistance. The hosts made us feel at home throughout our entire stay with their friendly and efficient service. The staff during the breakfast were very welcoming and the food was excellent. They were attentive to our needs and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. The cleanliness of the rooms was beyond reproach and the accommodations were well-appointed. The helpfulness and personal touch of the staff were apparent and the owners were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. In summary, Church Farm Lodge is a lovely property run by a lovely family who go out of their way to ensure their guests feel welcome and well taken care of. The location, staff and breakfast were all exceptional and we would not hesitate to return in the future.
