Families appreciated that the waterpark was a great option for children. However, some guests found that the waterpark/pool was not that great. The hotel also has a well-equipped fitness room with a view of the Old Town and free access to the pool and VIP-SPA was a plus. Some guests had reservations about the spa treatments, as only three types of massages were available and the masseuse did not speak English. Additionally, some guests were disappointed with the ahdasta ja nuhjuista spa area. Despite these criticisms, the Kalev Spa Hotel & Waterpark's well-located hotel with great spa facilities and excellent breakfast made for a pleasant spa getaway.
