The resort offers loads of food throughout the day and the aqua park is well organized with a variety of waterslides and pools. Kids especially love the park and have a blast with all the different activities available. Although not all the slides were working at the same time, the aqua park is still considered the best by guests. The hotel is rated 4 stars, but some guests suggest it may only be a 3-star hotel.
However, there were occasional issues with some devices in the water park and it was reported that not all of the slides were open at the same time. Additionally, there were minor complaints about the customer problem solving, parking and cold weather in the water park. Overall, the aqua park is decent and a very good fun place for kids with loads of different pools and slides for all ages. If you have young children, note that there were only two small slides for them and some guests suggest more control should be in place on these smaller slides.
Despite some minor issues, the water park is still a standout feature of this hotel. Children particularly enjoy the numerous toboggans and activities available and there are attractions for both adults and kids alike. Some guests call the aqua park unique and particularly fun for the older kids.
