The proximity to the Smoky Mountains National Park was also a huge plus for nature enthusiasts. The stunning view of the river that can be seen from the hotel is postcard-worthy. The hotel offers a complimentary breakfast spread to its guests every morning until 10 AM, which most guests found to be good with some even saying it was great. The rooms are clean, comfortable, spacious and well-stocked with amenities such as fridges and microwaves. The balcony is a lovely feature with some overlooking the fast-flowing river. The beds are especially comfortable and come with plenty of pillows. The hotel is insulated very well, so noise isn't an issue. The staff at Greystone Lodge on the River were absolutely amazing, wonderful, courteous and kind. They were always friendly and helpful, accommodating all of the guests' needs. The covered parking garage is a bonus, especially in the heavy tourist area. Guests appreciate the convenience of the parking being close to their rooms with some even having underground parking spots next to their rooms. Greystone Lodge on the River is a perfect family-friendly destination for those looking for a fun-filled and unforgettable vacation. The property has everything a family desires in their vacation, at a great value. The hotel offers a variety of accommodations including family rooms with bunk beds that kids will surely love. The balcony view of the nearby creek is breathtakingly beautiful and perfect for some family bonding time. The hotel is family-owned & operated, which gives guests a warm and welcoming feeling. The beds were a highlight of their stay with recently remodeled and comfortable beds with multiple pillows, providing a super comfortable night's sleep for most guests.
