The elegant and aesthetic room furnishings with spacious bathrooms and provided amenities such as bathrobes, slippers, hairdryer and toiletries, free minibar, Nespresso machine with capsules and tea blends were exceptional. The mirror wall between the bathroom and living area and the skyline view was an added bonus. The staff were friendly and attentive and the fitness area with treadmill and spa area were okay. Though some guests found the spa staff to be unfriendly and unprofessional, overall, the hotel was super nice and very clean. The hotel had a French touch and was up to the latest standards, making it a great city hotel with exceptional service for guests. While some reviewers found it, not on top as expected, others felt that it was the best hotel in Frankfurt.
